Work It Out Dance Studio由一群舞蹈教育工作者、劇場工作者及藝術行政人員組成。我們致力推行舞蹈教育課程、教師培訓課程、舞劇演出、創新及多元化的藝術活動。至今已訓練多位學員成為專業舞蹈藝員，現於各媒介投入工作，包括MTV、演唱會等。
　　
我們以「培育舞蹈專才」為基礎，透過為學校、社區團體及藝術團體提供優質而有系統的訓練課程，提昇青少年的個人素質及藝術修養。我們提供的課程包括Hip Hop、Street Jazz、Funky、Jazz、Technique、Freestyle、Yoga、Fitness、Chinese等，為各人仕提供多一個選擇，學習不同舞蹈風格及舞種。
　　
本中心亦會提供演出機會給各學員，你可能亦會成為他們其中一份子，這也許是你們將來投入社會工作的另一條出路，擴大自己的社交圈子及認識社會上更多不同層面的人仕。
