Is modern love still a fairytale? Everyone promises “forever” when they marry, but divorce rates keep rising.
Beautiful chaos or just a pretty illusion?

This artwork draws inspiration from the vibrant, chaotic energy of 1960s–1970s Hong Kong street art and iconic neon signs. Layers of faded red-orange glows and weathered walls evoke the nostalgic neon haze of old Nathan Road and Mong Kok nights, blending urban graffiti chaos with flickering light vibes. At the center, I’ve added my personal graffiti figure—a playful, running character with big eyes and antennas—emblazoned with “BORN IN HK” across its body, symbolizing roots deeply planted in this glowing, ever-changing city. Born in Hong Kong, forever marked by its neon soul! 🌃💥

I want to show how our world is today. We say we want peace, but people’s hearts have become very fragile.
In the middle, the pink creature whispers, “Shhh… Peace is louder than drama. Keep stillness inside you!”
But everyone around is shouting: “I’m right!” and “I’m super fragile, don’t scold me!”
With bright messy colors and funny speech bubbles, I painted this to reflect our noisy world full of drama and sensitive souls. True peace is hard to find now.

作為這幅畫的畫家，我想透過這幅作品呈現我們這個時代的面貌。我們嘴上說著要和平，但人們的心靈卻變得越來越脆弱。
畫面中央，那隻粉紅色的動物輕聲說：「噓……和平比戲劇更響亮，請把寧靜留在心裡。」
但周圍的人卻不停大喊：「我不是在吵架，我只是 passionately 解釋我為什麼是對的！」以及「不要再罵我了，我超脆弱的！」
我用鮮豔混亂的色彩和搞笑的對話泡泡，畫出這個充滿噪音、戲劇和敏感靈魂的世界。真的平靜，在今天好像越來越難找了。

I’m so excited to welcome you into this vibrant world of fusion abstract, graffiti energy, and mixed media. Bold layers, urban pulse, and stories that speak louder than words all created from the raw beauty of city life.
