Running is what brings us together. But it’s the community that keeps us coming back. 

This Thursday, we’re teaming up with our friends at GotBalls Got Balls? to make the night extra special. First, a 5km bootcamp run with three bodyweight stops - shorter distance, but bigger burn. Then, we regroup at The Hub’s covered event space for drinks, awesome beats and good vibes🔥 Let’s party!

Some weeks, you just need to chill! 🧊 Because its those breaks in between our runs that let us slow down, catch up and recharge. ⚡️

A HUGE thank-you to our partners at The Ice Bath Club — Hong Kong for giving our community an incredible place to meet up, drop bags and recover. From our captains to our newest runners, we all enjoy having icy cold plunges 💦 , sauna-warmed conversations 🔥 , and flushed happy faces at the end of a run-filled week. ☺️

Huge congratulations to HOKA HONG KONG on opening their 3rd Hong Kong flagship store at the K11 Musea!

Our MRHK Captains joined HOKA co-founder Nicolas Mermoud, along with with friends from across Hong Kong’s running community, to celebrate the grand reveal! 🪄

Together, we then celebrated in the only sensible way… lace up fresh Clifton Pro’s, dash out the door, and sweat-bond through another epic night run through the city! 🌃🏃‍♂️💨

Congrats, HOKA! And thanks for continuing to make Hong Kong the most amazing city to run. 🇭🇰
