Achieving true realism required extensive color sampling and texture prototyping—from matching the warm red bricks of the historic prison blocks to precision 3D-printing the signature interlocking grid of JC Contemporary.

Spanning a massive 2350mm x 2000mm, this luxury mixed-use development features twin towers connected by a dramatic skybridge. To help the developer present their architectural vision confidently to global investors, we brought every detail to life with custom interior LED lighting, precise waterfront detailing, and lush landscaping.
