With each product sold, 75% of the profits go directly to the weaver. We hope to increase the number This cooperative began in 2014 with 5 women.

Today, it provides an economic opportunity for 25 dedicated women, the majority of whom are single mothers. We hope to increase the number of women who are part of this cooperative as well as the amount that they gain from each sale of their products. We are always looking for ways to expand our projects and improve the living standards of our community members. This is made possible with the support of friends and family from around the world!

While several people have lost their jobs during the past year, feeding families around Lake Atitlán has become a challenge for many.
That is what encouraged Anita to dedicate her time to supporting these families by providing them with food baskets and other basic necessities such as mattresses and education for children.
She is thrilled to have been able to distribute hundreds of food baskets to community members in need.
This was all made possible by donations from people like you around the world!
