From movement to form.

Inspired by the constantly changing movement of the sea, Roxanne Brennen developed a visual language of fluid lines, tactile textures and shifting compositions.

Each plate becomes its own landscape, while a shared language connects the collection as a whole.

For Luca Piscazzi and Pelagos Restaurant at Four Seasons Astir Palace Athens, Roxanne developed a visual language where the geometric meets the organic — creating surfaces that shift, move and evolve from plate to plate.

Movement, texture, unity and variation.

These four ideas define Roxanne’s ceramic collection, now at Pelagos Restaurant at Four Seasons Astir Palace Athens.

Rather than illustrating the sea, the surfaces evoke its fluid, constantly changing movement. Tactile and visual textures create depth, allowing each plate to unfold as its own landscape. A shared painting language and graphic identity bring the collection together, while subtle shifts in composition ensure that every piece remains unique—just as no wave is ever the same.

Some exhibitions stay with you.

As we look ahead to September, we’re revisiting Mythic Syntax by Dimitris Ntokos world where scarabs become symbols, symbols become language, and every composition invites another reading.

Drawing from the visual language of ancient Egypt, Dimitris Ntokos constructs labyrinth-like compositions where transformation, symmetry and illusion coexist. Each glyph holds its own presence while becoming part of a larger mythology.

INSATIABLE

As part of the exhibition, dancer Stefania Skandalou transformed the gallery into a space of movement, responding to Eleni Arvaniti’s paintings through an intimate and compelling performance.

Her choreography mirrored the tension, tenderness, and raw physicality of the works, allowing the figures on the canvas to resonate beyond their frames. For a moment, painting and body became one continuous language.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and experienced this unforgettable activation.
