This track was created in between the duration of 5 months. The reason was because it is dealing as the title says with a persons (my) depression and happiness and back again to that feeling of despair (though currently I'm in my happy days :) ).

All the lyrics as always were one take improvisation, which means I recorded it live and kept the first take that I improvised the lyrics on spot for. I then Added a second and a third voice to support the original.
