Rethymno Rocks Festival Official page of Rethymno Rocks! Festival in Crete. Rethymno Rocks! Festival is one of the leading Rock/Metal festivals in Crete and rural Greece.

It takes place late August every summer at Fortezza Castle in Rethymno and features bands from the local and worldwide Rock/Metal scene.

Η ζωή έχει αναποδιές αλλά the show must go on... Χθες, λίγες ώρες αφού οιTankard πάτησαν το πόδι τους στην Κρήτη, ο Andy, ο κιθαρίστας τους είχε ένα ατύχημα και έσπασε τον ώμο του. Η κατάσταση του είναι πολύ σοβαρή και η παρουσία του on stage δεν είναι δυνατή. Οι TANKARD δεν θέλουν σε καμία περίπτωση να ακυρώσουν και θα εμφανιστούν με backing track κιθάρες, καταβάλλοντας κάθε προσπάθεια να ευχαριστήσουν τους οπαδούς. Καλή ανάρρωση Andy! Ας βοηθήσουμε όλοι μαζί τους Tankard αύριο με την παρουσία, τα χαμόγελα και τις μπύρες μας σηκωμένες ψηλά!

Life has its ups and downs, but the show must go on! Yesterday, just a few hours after TANKARD set foot in Crete, their guitarist Andy had an accident and broke his shoulder. His condition is very serious, and unfortunately, performing on stage will not be possible for him. TANKARD do not want to cancel under any circumstances and will take the stage using backing guitar tracks, doing everything they can to give their fans the show they deserve. Get well soon, Andy! 🍻 Tomorrow, let’s all stand behind TANKARD with our presence, our smiles, and our beers held high! 🍻🤘 LET’S MAKE SOME NOISE FOR TANKARD!
