About the Workshop 💕
It will consist of a warm-up on the Ground where through strength and flexibility methods we will get the body in shape for aerial movement.
In the Air, we will do a general aerial preparation and a specific one for the sequence to work on later. We will continue with the Dynamics: swings and tricks. Here we will focus on the dynamic technique of the same and we will correct details so that each one leaves with new objectives to work on and improve! Then we will perform a sequence and link the tricks. This sequence always includes movements that we intend to improve, which with the help of the teacher and always with the help of technical exercises to work on can be done!!
The seminar will be multi-level. Understanding that it is for people who already have some experience, at least knowing how to go up and invert.
Remember to bring your own water bottle, elastic band, a notebook to write down, and the cell phone with space in case you want to film!
