📍 Orino Living | New Hospitality Project

Exploring the refuge as a spatial condition of protection and contemplation.
Stone, exposed concrete and monolithic geometries merge with the mountainous topography, reinterpreting the archetype of the mountain shelter through a contemporary architectural language.

📍|MONOLITH|
An introverted refuge at the threshold of city and nature.

Located at the edge of the built environment and adjacent to the natural stream landscape, this house is conceived as a spatial threshold — where the intensity of everyday life meets the calm of nature.

A monolithic concrete envelope creates a protective, introverted refuge, while internal courtyards, wooden elements, and water features filter light, shadow, and sound, connecting the interior with the surrounding landscape.

The house does not seek to show itself outwardly; instead, it offers a quiet sanctuary — a space of isolation and rejuvenation, calm, and reconnection with nature.
