Νέο ολοκληρωμένο σύστημα κεντήματος για τη στρωματοποιία
Η Labrinos Attachment ολοκλήρωσε και τελειοποίησε ένα νέο ειδικό σύστημα κεντήματος για εφαρμογές στον χώρο της στρωματοποιίας.
Το σύστημα έχει σχεδιαστεί για χρήση σε κεντητικές μηχανές και εφαρμόζεται τόσο σε φάσες στρωμάτων όσο και σε χερούλια στρωμάτων, προσφέροντας έναν πιο γρήγορο, εύκολο και σταθερό τρόπο συγκράτησης του υλικού κατά τη διάρκεια του κεντήματος.
Η συγκεκριμένη κατασκευή καταργεί τη χρήση του εργοστασιακού τελάρου, καθώς και τον παραδοσιακό τρόπο τελαρώματος του υφάσματος πριν από την εργασία. Με αυτόν τον τρόπο μειώνεται σημαντικά ο χρόνος προετοιμασίας, ενώ βελτιώνεται η σταθερότητα, η ακρίβεια και η επαναληψιμότητα στην παραγωγή.
Το σύστημα έχει ήδη εφαρμοστεί σε πραγματικές συνθήκες παραγωγής και η μέχρι τώρα λειτουργία του δείχνει εντυπωσιακά αποτελέσματα τόσο στις φάσες όσο και στα χερούλια.
Η νέα αυτή λύση αποτελεί μέρος μιας ευρύτερης σειράς ειδικών εφαρμογών που αναπτύσσουμε για τον χώρο της στρωματοποιίας:

Πέρα από την ολοκληρωμένη λύση σε έτοιμη μηχανή, υπάρχει δυνατότητα μελέτης και προσαρμογής αντίστοιχου συστήματος και σε υπάρχουσες κεντητικές μηχανές που ήδη λειτουργούν σε μια παραγωγή.
Ανάλογα με τον τύπο της μηχανής, τις διαστάσεις του πεδίου εργασίας, τον τρόπο συγκράτησης του υλικού και τις ανάγκες του κάθε προϊόντος, μπορούμε να εξετάσουμε αν μπορεί να σχεδιαστεί ειδική λύση για τη συγκεκριμένη εφαρμογή.
Η προσέγγιση αυτή αφορά τόσο μηχανές αντίστοιχης φιλοσοφίας όσο και άλλους τύπους κεντητικών μηχανών, όπως μονές ή πολυβέλονες μηχανές, μηχανές ενός ή περισσότερων κεφαλών και ειδικές εφαρμογές παραγωγής.
Στόχος μας είναι να προσφέρουμε λύσεις που κάνουν την παραγωγή πιο γρήγορη, πιο εύκολη, πιο σταθερή και πιο αποδοτική, χωρίς να περιοριζόμαστε στις εργοστασιακές δυνατότητες κάθε μηχανής.
Για ευνόητους λόγους, οι φωτογραφίες παρουσιάζουν τη γενική ιδέα και το τελικό αποτέλεσμα της εφαρμογής, χωρίς να αποκαλύπτουν όλες τις κατασκευαστικές λεπτομέρειες του μηχανισμού.

New custom embroidery system for the mattress industry
Labrinos Attachment has completed and refined a new custom embroidery system designed for mattress manufacturing applications.
The system is used on embroidery machines and can be applied both to mattress borders and mattress handles, offering a faster, easier and more stable way of holding the material during embroidery.
This construction eliminates the need for the standard factory hoop, as well as the traditional fabric hooping process before embroidery. As a result, preparation time is significantly reduced, while stability, accuracy and repeatability in production are improved.
The system has already been applied in real production conditions, with impressive results both on mattress borders and handles.
This new solution is part of a wider range of custom applications we are developing for the mattress industry:

In addition to a complete machine solution, a similar system can also be studied and adapted to existing embroidery machines already operating in a customer’s production line.

This approach can be considered for machines of similar philosophy, as well as other types of embroidery machines, including single-needle or multi-needle embroidery machines, single-head or multi-head machines, and special production applications.
