Με μεγάλη χαρά και τιμή συμμετέχω στη Διεθνή Εικαστική Έκθεση Γυναικών Καλλιτεχνών με τίτλο “A Woman’s Affair – Γυναικεία Υπόθεση”, που θα φιλοξενηθεί στη Ροτόντα του Vienna International Centre / United Nations in Vienna, υπό την αιγίδα της Κυπριακής Πρεσβείας στην Αυστρία.
Για μένα, η ζωγραφική είναι τρόπος έκφρασης, μνήμης και σύνδεσης. Σε έναν χώρο όπου συναντιούνται πολιτισμοί, φωνές και ιστορίες από όλο τον κόσμο, νιώθω βαθιά συγκίνηση που το έργο μου γίνεται μέρος αυτής της συλλογικής γυναικείας αφήγησης.
Η “Γυναικεία Υπόθεση” δεν είναι μόνο ένα θέμα· είναι στάση, βλέμμα, δύναμη και παρουσία. Είναι η ανάγκη να μιλήσουμε μέσα από την τέχνη για τις πολλαπλές όψεις της γυναίκας, την ευαισθησία, την αντοχή και το φως της.

With great joy and honor, I am participating in the International Women Artists Exhibition titled “A Woman’s Affair”, hosted at The Rotunda, Vienna International Centre / United Nations in Vienna, under the auspices of the Embassy of Cyprus in Austria.
For me, painting is a way of expression, memory, and connection. In a place where cultures, voices, and stories from around the world meet, I feel deeply moved that my work becomes part of this collective female narrative.
“A Woman’s Affair” is not only a theme; it is an attitude, a gaze, a strength, and a presence. It is the need to speak through art about the many facets of womanhood, its sensitivity, resilience, and light.
