Είναι πραγματικά αξιοθαύμαστος ο διαχρονικός ρόλος της Λέσχη Αρχιμαγείρων Κέρκυρας-page αυτά τα οκτώ χρόνια στο Corfu Food & W**e Festival.
Άνθρωποι που στην καθημερινότητά τους διαχειρίζονται μεγάλες κουζίνες και μπριγάδες δεκάδων μαγείρων, σε μια περίοδο που τα ξενοδοχεία της Κέρκυρας είναι ήδη γεμάτα και οι απαιτήσεις τεράστιες, αφιερώνουν πολύτιμο χρόνο για να προετοιμάσουν μια δράση, να πρωτοστατήσουν σε όλη τη διαδικασία και να εμπνεύσουν τη νέα γενιά να αγαπήσει τη φύση, την τροφή και τον πρωτογενή τομέα.
Σήμερα δεν μαγείρεψαν απλώς.
Μοιράστηκαν γνώση, εμπειρία και αγάπη για αυτό που κάνουν.

The long-standing contribution of the Corfu Chefs’ Club throughout these eight years of the Corfu Food & W**e Festival is truly admirable.
These are people who, in their daily professional lives, manage large kitchens and brigades of dozens of chefs, at a time when Corfu’s hotels are already full and the demands of the season are at their peak. Yet today, they chose to dedicate their valuable time to prepare an event, stand beside children and inspire the younger generation to love nature, food and the primary sector.
Today, they did more than cook.
They shared knowledge, experience and genuine love for what they do.
