was finally here, and we started creating something new together. We performed our first show as a duo at , and just a week later we were in Ireland, performing at and having an amazing time with everyone there.

A huge thank you to .art for helping with everything and for inviting and hosting us 🤍

I also taught two workshops at with a wonderful group of people. Back in Athens, I got back into training more consistently and was very happy to join a workshop with .

I finished the month on stage once again at .athens, feeling grateful for all the experiences, connections, and opportunities this month brought.

Μετά το πρώτο μας workshop, που περάσαμε τόσο όμορφα, το ξανακάνουμε!

Ένα δίωρο αφιερωμένο στα backbends. Θα δουλέψουμε τεχνική, ενδυνάμωση και σωστή προετοιμασία του σώματος, ενώ θα κάνουμε εισαγωγή σε contortion tricks όπως chest stand, flying cobra, σκορπιό και παραλλαγές γέφυρας.
