Finally made it around to Athens, Greece. This city thrives on its history. Seeing the Acropolis was a highlight. If you stop through Athens, don’t miss it. Also, make sure you take a stroll through Plaka.

Where do I start? Thank you, thank you, thank you for always showering me with so much love. I appreciate all of you who reached out to me & sent me birthday wishes & happy notes. I’m still smiling so big & filled with such positive energy from each of you. Spent my 30th soaking in the Greek sunshine with my love & my family on a sailboat touring around Santorini. When I checked my phone, I teared up with all the amazing memories, vids and pictures. You all are the best. I love you ❤️‍🔥

Don’t forget to push boundaries on the limitations society continuously puts on you. Keep exploring. Ask for forgiveness, not for permission. Make decisions based on intuition and live without regret. Push forward through the dark days and go places people say you shouldn’t and won’t. Prove all those who said you weren’t good enough wrong. Don’t fear failing, fear never attempting. Live fully in each moment and appreciate the little things, like a warm breeze touching your face. Stop seeking approval from others and start living up to the expectations the child version of you dreamed. Introduce novelty into your world every day by practice and keep learning from those around you. Try everything twice. Feel everything. Speak, act and move with love. Never dull your spirit for another human. Lastly, practice gratitude daily. It’s the secret sauce to happiness.
