The Plutchik Model of Emotions provides a simply logical way to make sense of feelings. The emotion colour wheel is a powerful tool that helps us explore the intricate world of emotions through the language of colours 🌈💛❤️💙

Just like a traditional colour wheel showcases different hues and shades, the emotion colour wheel shows a spectrum of feelings and moods. Each emotion is assigned a specific colour, enabling us to visually perceive and understand the complexities of our emotional landscape.

From vibrant reds symbolising passion and energy to calming blues embodying tranquility and stability, the emotion colour wheel invites us to dive into the rich tapestry of human emotions, providing a visual framework to express, interpret, and navigate the rollercoaster of feelings that define our human experience.
