“Between Worlds – Six Chapters” is presented for the first time as a small-scale work in progress version of a broader artistic project currently in development.
The concept is based on six cycles of chemotherapy experienced by the composer, and functions as a means of recording different psychological and physical shifts throughout this experience. Through a process of artistic co-existence, the experience is transformed into an open field of dialogue between image, sound, place, and memory.
The exhibition consists of six photographic chapters and an equal number of original musical compositions. The artistic process develops with a positive drive, a tendency toward escape, acceptance of change, and the search for a creative co-existence between the two artists.
Each cycle includes 4–6 photographs and one original sound piece, developing its own sonic and visual polyphony and creating small escapes and intermediate spaces between the real and the imaginary. The locations of the shoots function as starting points for a shared exploration, where process, encounter, and transformation play a central role.
This edition marks the first public presentation of the research and prepares the full-scale development of the project.
🔌On 10/07 at 20:00, a music–visual live performance in five chapters will take place, featuring real-time interaction between the two artists, reactivating the exhibition material through improvisation, sound, and image.
