The English Department Drama Club is back again this year! We’re inviting you to Patrick Hamilton’s Rope! Does it ring a bell? You probably know the film that Hitchcock masterfully created in 1948. But did you know he based it on a play Patrick Hamilton wrote in 1929? Well, now you know! And if you’re curious (you ARE) you will come to AULA on May 22 and 23, at 19:00 to see it come to life! Come on, it’s literally free.

Do you like theatre and want to engage with the art more? Did you always have a dream of being part of a drama club? (If you watched Glee, that's okay too.) Do you want to express your creative self in a safe space?

Then come this Friday 11/10 at 12:00-12:30, at room 430 of the School of Philosophy for our introductory meeting and if it excites you, join us afterwards for a first taste of games and theatre exercises!

You'll have the opportunity to choose among acting, screenwriting, sets, props, costumes, make-up, lighting, audiovisual designing and anything else that is needed for a performance!

There are no prerequisites for joining, if you have a passion for theatre in any form, bring your positive energy and let's embark on this fantastic journey
