RESCHEDULING OF BEST OF THE BEST 2026

As one of the biggest platforms dedicated to nurturing talent and promoting the Gambian music industry, Best of the Best has always been committed to creating opportunities where established stars and upcoming artists can share one stage, inspire one another, and unite generations through music and entertainment.

Over the years, the platform has continued to serve as a bridge between the new generation of artists and the industry’s leading names, helping to inspire hope, growth, and creativity within Gambian music.

After careful consideration, the organizers of Best of the Best 2026 wish to officially inform the public that this year’s event has been rescheduled to a later date, which will be announced soon.

This decision was made due to the limited time available for proper promotion and preparation, as well as the absence of some key artists whose participation is important in delivering the quality, inspiration, and impact that our au

*Change of Venue for Best of the Best 2026*

The organizers of Best of the Best 2026 wish to inform the general public, partners, and all stakeholders of a change in venue for this year’s highly anticipated event.

Originally scheduled to take place at the GCCI grounds, recent changes in GCCI management have introduced new regulations restricting events from running beyond 12:00 AM between June and November. Given the nature and vision of Best of the Best, which requires extended programming to deliver the full experience our audience expects, this limitation has made it necessary for us to relocate.

As a result, we are pleased to announce that Best of the Best 2026 will now be held at Qcity.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the management of Qcity for their swift support and for providing us with the opportunity to host this year’s event, especially considering the short notice following the update from GCCI.

The BEST OF THE BEST 5TH Edition was nothing sort of growth and gratemess. We will like to express our genuine gratitude to everyone who came to support us and Gambian music. Your attendance was greatly appreciated and had positive impact on the success of the show.

This 5th edition was well packaged presented thanks to our team and partners for the incredible job, our sponsors for trusting us and being our core support system, and to our amazing team of promoters, Media houses, Ticktockers and Influencers...we say a big thank you for making the show a memorable on.

Finally, to all the starling musicians that came and gave life and meaning to the show, from the bottom of our hearts we say a big thank you for making the BEST OF THE BEST yours.
