- Bridging Passion and Investment -
The Tiroche DeLeon Collection was established in January 2011 by Serge Tiroche and Russ DeLeon. The Collection currently comprises some 250 works by globally established and highly promising emerging artists from developing markets. Akin to a private collection, it bridges the passion of collecting with long-term investment, keeping with art world etiquette and
social responsibility. In 2012 it was converted to a Gibraltar Experienced Investor Fund and is currently open to suitable investors. It is a unique offering in the art fund industry, supported by robust macro-economic fundamentals and a uniquely qualified management team. Key features of the Collection:
> To undertake an extensive investigation of new markets for contemporary art.
> Acquire museum-befitting, often large scale works, with broad diversification across media and geography.
> Share the collection with the wider public through a prominent lending program. Works are regularly on loan to Museums around the world, thus building value whilst serving as cultural emissary.
> Facilitate investment in art for private investors and institutions seeking diversification of their overall asset allocation.
> Investors benefit from access to the unique know-how of the management team, economies of scale, an established track record, highest standards of corporate governance and the fun of engaging in art collecting without the burdensome logistics.
> Proxy exposure to Emerging Market growth, low correlation to other asset classes, strong profit potential and a long-term inflation hedge.
