Rtd Major Sulemana Abubakari is a Ghanaian soldier turned traditional leader. He's currently the chief of the Tolon Traditional Area in the Northern Region of Ghana. Born in 1943 at Tali, a community under Tolon traditional area, Sulemana Abubakari served in the Ghana Armed Forces before his retirement and enskinment as chief.
