AFRICAN HERITAGE ART FESTIVAL seeks to bring on board the works of artisans in various fields within and outside Ghana by bringing them under an umbrella whereby each of them will bring to light his or her potentials. People from different fields of art are expected to perform and exhibit their talents.

"Viewers might think the work is unfinished.. Well it seems so but, the focus is on the subject "Term Of Office". According to the constitution of Ghana, president elect has the burden of serving the nation for 4 years before another election could be conducted. The late President Evans Atta Mills died before unloading the nation's burden to its destination (4 years of office). In regards to that, his time of office was considered unfinished. The untouched spaces in the art depicts the work he left behind".
