“Right now, I want to marry the school girl because she is my girlfriend. I want to perform the traditional wedding. It is not that I didn’t know her; we were already dating,” he added.

“If they take my job from me, what else will I do, and where will I get something to eat?” he said.

He believes the voice of Ghanaians could influence the government’s decision, which is why he is calling on the public to appeal on his behalf.
