Join us for Ghana Culture Week 2026, a major gathering dedicated to celebrating and repositioning Ghana’s tourism, culture and creative industries.

Held under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, the Ghana Culture Forum and the Ghana Tourism Authority, this year’s event will bring together policymakers, industry leaders, creatives and stakeholders to explore new pathways for growth under the theme: “Resetting Ghana’s Tourism, Culture and Creative Ecosystem.”

The event will feature special attractions including an Emporium and Courtyard of Expressions, inter-schools debate and other engaging cultural showcases.

As part of the Black Experience Initiative, the Centre for National Culture – Volta Region proudly celebrated Literary and Literacy Month with an exciting Cultural Quiz Competition under the theme:
“Preserving Our Heritage, Inspiring Our Future.”
Hosted by St. Cecilia Ho Dome R/C School, the event showcased discipline, confidence, cultural intelligence, and healthy competition among six brilliant pupils. The atmosphere was charged with excitement as contestants demonstrated impressive knowledge of Ghanaian culture and heritage.
After a very competitive contest, Stream C emerged as the winners! 🏆
All participants received certificates and exercise books, while the champions proudly lifted the trophy.
Moments like these remind us that promoting literacy and cultural education is key to national development and heritage preservation in Ghana. 🇬🇭✨
