This is a frequent deliberate burning of waste papers from a car spraying shop on the street at OSU Oxford Street behind the goil filling station, not far from the Ivory Coast Embassy. This happens exactly under the ECG service cable. Several warnings from ECG and the police to the mechanics indulged in this act has yielded no results. The burning has caused several power outages and from the look of things, it won’t stop unless the people responsible are STOPPED. Please help bring this guys to book
