Tech n Sync is a growing consumer tech and hire-purchase business providing smartphones, gadgets, home & office appliances with flexible payment options. We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer to manage customer interactions across our physical and digital platforms.
🔍 Role Summary
You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication, proper onboarding, follow-ups, and relationship management across in-store and online channels.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Attend to customers in-store, via WhatsApp, phone calls, and online platforms
Onboard customers and guide them through purchase and payment processes
Conduct customer follow-ups and payment reminders
Handle enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs
Support repeat purchases and customer retention initiatives
🎯 Candidate Profile
Minimum HND / Diploma qualification (degree is an advantage)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using WhatsApp, calls, and basic computer tools
Polite, organised, firm, and customer-focused
Lives around Mallam, Dansoman, McCarthy Hill, Weija, or environs (advantage)
💰 Salary & Benefits
Base salary: GHS 2,000
