Never regret being a good man to the wrong woman, it’s her loss..

I’m a fourth year student with a little problem. I was in a situationship with a girl from high school for sometime but we broke things off. It was a bit too toxic for me.

Now we get into uni and her friend starts hitting on me. I thought it was weird at first but I gave in eventually. I went over to hers and we made out. It happened a few times after that but all those times I never wanted to do anything. I was merely trying to be nice and I guess that’s my definition of niceness

She sees me outside and is all clingy and touchy. I flinch whenever she does that. The problem here is, I don’t like to be seen with this girl, especially when she’s that touchy. I do cherish our friendship dearly, but I believe I have a reputation to protect and she might ruin it. Also, it lowers my ratings, seeing as she is my ex’s friend and I’ve hooked up with her.
I don’t know how to set clear boundaries without breaking our friendship
Ps: I’m a girl, if that changes anything.

I finished national service, got a job, and started building a life from scratch. All I really had was C. While she was still in school, I kept telling her, “Let me save small, small, then when you’re done, we’ll marry.” I rented a place and began furnishing it bit by bit sofa today, curtains tomorrow. I’d even send her pictures to ask what she thought, because in my mind, it was our home.
Not long after she finished school, she got pregnant. I thought we could figure it out, but she didn’t see it that way. One day she came over and told me it was gone she had ended it. After that, things between us just changed. We were no longer the same. We could sit together the whole weekend and barely talk. Then one weekend, we had a serious argument. In anger, I blamed her for everything. I said things I shouldn’t have said. I left to clear my head, but when I came back, the house was empty. Everything I had worked for gone. She left a note saying she had taken it as payment for the years and stress.I tracked her down to her national service station, but she didn’t even want to talk. She made it clear she wasn’t coming back, and my things were gone for good. That was how it ended.
I went back to work completely broken. I couldn’t focus, couldn’t even hide it. That’s when O stepped in. She was supposed to just cover my role, but she became someone I could lean on. She kept checking on me, talking to me, helping me get through each day.Slowly, I started to feel like myself again. She brought some light back into my life. We began spending time together, and before I realized it, something real was growing. When I asked her to marry me, she didn’t rush. She just smiled and said, “Let’s see how it goes.”And that’s exactly what we did one day at a time.Today, we’re married with a child. Life isn’t perfect, but we’ve built something real. Looking back, I went through a lot, but somehow it led me to the right person. And for that, I’m thankful.

Bcos things didnt go her way this girl broke up with me, about a week ago.
Just now, like 5mins ago, I just got a msg from her, full paragraph o, telling me how she cheated on me with one of her friends from school but she couldn't tell me but now we're no longer together
she wants to be at peace so she's confessing now, I just sent her a laughing emoji with ok.
Idk what she wants me to do with that info or what her plan is here but e dey funny me saf. This is someone I had a 3some with her and her friend
She doesn't know I also had a 3some with that her friend naa and another girl, s*x with her friend naa alone on multiple occasions She took me to her friend's wedding one time and she introduced me to her friends from school, I made them laugh at the program saaa and they forced her to add me to their group chat, she should go and ask how many of them I ended up f*€kin I didn't disclose this information to her but its funny how she's telling me she cheated, lol,
I just said ok. Telling her mine might even make her lose most of her friends cos she will be pi**ed but menka hwee,Oh I actually cared for her a lot, but the reason she used to ask for the break up didn't make sense so l genuinely lost affection, its just funny knowing what I did and decided not to say anything, should I tell her too?

I need to get this off my chest. I was in a relationship with the other lady for about seven years, literally from when we were teenagers at 15 all the way to 22. I gave her my absolute youth, unconditional loyalty, and a solid foundation. But what I got in return was a cycle of repeated cheating, broken trust, and emotional manipulation.
Even after we finally broke up, the cycle didn't stop. A couple of months after the split, she started blowing up my phone and reaching out to me on Snapchat. She came to me dropping the ultimate emotional nuclear bomb, claiming she wanted to die and had no one. Because I am a human being with a heart, I panicked and dropped everything to make sure she was safe. But the absolute second she got my attention, she dropped the crisis act. She instantly pivoted to complaining about her new relationship with the guy she replaced me with, venting about how her life with him "wasn't sweet," and gossiping about her roommate drama. She literally weaponized a mental health crisis just to break my boundaries and use me as an emotional trash can.
When I finally stood my ground and told her to respectfully ask her new boyfriend for help instead of me, she instantly tried to gaslight me, acting like it wasn't a big deal. When I sent her a raw, honest message about how deeply her past betrayals broke my peace, she completely ignored my pain and flipped the spotlight on herself to play the victim.
The hardest part of moving on is fighting my own brain at night. Sometimes my mind tries to rewrite history and make me miss her. But then reality hits me: while I’m sitting here processing seven years of trauma, she is completely occupied with her chaotic new life, her new guy, and their intimate business. She only ever reached backward to press my button when her new house of cards was falling apart and she needed a hit of the high-standard devotion I used to give her.
I’m sharing this because I am finally done convincing myself that she was a good person who just made mistakes. The receipts don't lie. She is a calculated, selfish manipulator who treats real love like a commodity. I am reclaiming my voice, locking the gate to my past, and focusing entirely on my own growth, my career, and my future. The standard I set was too high for someone who belongs in a circus.

Keep me anonymous
My wife left me on a Thursday
morning.
No argument. No warning.
She just packed while I was at work.
Left my key on the kitchen table.
No messages nothing, now I’m wondering if I should reach to her family to understand the situation better or leave her alone?

i have been in a relationship with this guy close to 5 years. We broke up the first 3 years after i found a message on his phone with him addressing me as a used goods to his lady friend. Family intervened and apologized on his behalf and after almost a year we came back together.,Mind you he had relocated to sunyani and i relocated to kumasi too... Most of the visiting was done by me..Which was okay cause i am done with school waiting for posting and he has his own bar...So mostly i go assist
since he didn't have permanent workers.... Everything was cool until early this year he statted acting up but i didn't pay much attention rather i thought he was going through life chnages as a man so all i could do was support in anyway i could., Be4 all this we have a mutual friend through which we both met.. He has been asking me out since jhs and i keep turning him down..He was one of the reasons we broke up in the first place. This dawn he slept off charging his phone and watching tiktok so i decided to put it off and our mutual friend 's message popped up... I was abit confused cause he warned me never to speak to him and that he wasn't gonna do that either...So i decided to open it and hmm some men. They refer to me as an ashawo and my boyfriend said i am the one who keeps coming for s*x and that he is always going to f**k me and awhole lot.. And asked if he could pass me to any when he is done He stated he doesn't intend marring me na magyimi.. Hmm i quietly closed the chat and saw another with another lady he is dating and he told her i was his cousin.. Hm.. This guy insults me to his friends like i did something to him...I want to go home but he has refused and said if i want to leave at 6 thats fine but not now.. No remorse... No apology.... Hmm i don't even know how to feel at this point.. Been crying since 2am and hm its not easy.. I wish i never saw it How do i heal.. Its been 4 to 5 years and he is the only person i have been with I keep asking him what i did wrong😭

Dickson was a calm and decent
guy. Handsome and nice but he hardly talked. He would play with kids and give little gifts. He stayed alone and his mother who used to sell Asana (Ayigbe Malt) would visit him almost every day during her
hawking periods. Dickson would
be in his very late twenties. His
mother and mine would chitchat for a while whenever she came to visit. She would give us some of the drink and my mom would say "Oh Daaga, you run losses sharing to these kids o" and she would laughingly respond with, "However much can their small bellies contain? Besides they're also my children" and when she's set to leave she would say,
"Please watch my child for me okay".
Everything was nice and happy until one day Dickson was nowhere to be found. And it was a weekend so everyone thought he had traveled. But sadly and heartbreakingly, Dickson was found dead in his room.
Now listen to what allegedly happened to Dickson. There was this girl Dickson was seeing on the low. Not knowing, she was the girlfriend of one gangster in the next town. And some people who knew told him to stay away from her because of that and apparently he did. But it was later after the gangster had found out and questioned his girl. So on that Friday evening, the girl allegedly invited Dickson over to the pub to meet and share some drinks. Nobody knew it was a plan. So after some drinks and chats, Dickson was going home drunk and was cornered and beaten till he was bleeding badly.
But because it was late at night and was weak, he only tried to find his way home. And when he reached his room, he locked the door and slept hoping he'd feel okay the next morning and find some medicine.
And unfortunately that was the death of Dickson. But because no one knew what had happened and his mom also had traveled for a funeral. He wasn't answering his calls. And on sunday, his next door neighbors were smelling something bad in their rooms. They pulled out everything but couldn't find even a dead mouse.
They traced the odor and realized it was coming from Dickson's room.
They knocked and banged the door.
Nothing. Called but nothing. Then they forcefully broke the door and there lay Dickson, bloodied, dead and bloated. It was a sad scene. Cries and wails filled the household and area. "Who did this to Dickson?" Everyone asked but no answer came. HmmmThe police was called, and an investigation was launched. And it revealed that they traced the last number Dickson spoke with, which was the girl. And when they apprehended her, she said
everything but it wasn't meant to kill him.The gangs only meant to beat him well enough to stay away from the girl. But it went left and unfortunately Dickson died.
They were all arrested. Hmmm.
May your soul continue resting in peace, Dickson. It's been 21 years now.🕊️

notice how good life gets when you prioritize the things that make you feel best.

Some people spent so much of their lives trying to survive that they never got the chance to learn how to swim, speak a foreign language, play an instrument, travel, or simply explore life beyond work and responsibilities. That’s a side of poverty we rarely talk about.
