What is “ice cream fair” ?

Every year on the 26th of December, we gather the best ice cream vendors in the country and converge at a location to celebrate the greatest dessert in the world. There is usually two segments to the fair. The actual fair takes place during the day and then there is a musical concert at night with very talented artists.
