Everybody isn't your friend. Just because they hang around you and laugh with you doesn't mean they are your friends. People pretend well. At the end of the day, real situations expose fake people, so pay attention.

Sometimes we give ourselves excuses to keep someone in our lives, even when we slowly see it crumbling - feeling betrayed with all the years that we've put all our love, trust, and the future we envision just to make it work.

Other times, we see ourselves slowly accepting defeat because time and fate aren't in our favor, and the only option left is to let the person go, even if it means falling apart.

We may end up empty-handed, worst - with a bleeding heart, but what matters most, in the end, is we give ourselves a chance to love and be loved back.

Someday, when you look back on this moment of your life, you will see it as a bittersweet time of grieving.. you may remember the tears that fell like rain and the pain that remained in your heart.. but you will also remember the way your life was changing.

In moments of sadness, you may have felt like everything was falling apart, but little did you know you were being molded into someone new. The struggles and heartaches you endured were preparing you for a future filled with opportunities and blessings beyond your wildest dreams.

You may not have seen it then, but your grief was a catalyst for growth. You learned to persevere through the toughest of times, to hold on to hope – when all seemed lost, and to cherish the love that surrounded you.

So when you look back on this moment, you will see that although it was painful, it was also a time of great transformation. You will be grateful for the lessons learned and for the person you have become because of them. Your heart may have been broken, but it was also mended, stronger and more resilient than ever before!!
