As part of my exhibition opening, a group of artist that I personally know over the years will join me to discuss some of the challenges each of us faced during our path to becoming professional artist in a complex art world and a place that do not generally appreciate art and craftsmanship to the highest extent.

Art has the power to convey messages in a unique and thought-provoking way. By visually representing the struggles and consequences of ADDICTION. When we become addicted to something, there can be both positive and negative outcomes. On the positive side, certain activities or substance may initially bring pleasure, comfort or a sense of escape, they may provide temporary relief from stress or fill a void in our lives. However, the negative consequences can be significant. ADDICTION can lead to Physical and mental health issues, strained relationships, financial problems and loss of control over our lives, its important to recognize the potential harm and seek help if we find ourselves struggling with ADDICTION. The past does not Equate the Future, Awareness and Understanding are key to addressing this complex issue.
