Grateful for another beautiful Farm-to-Table experience. 🌱 
Yesterday's menu featured our Jerk Fried Plantain Bowl with sautéed kale and bok choy, hearty mixed bean stew, and fresh garden salad prepared with love and inspired by the abundance of nature. Every gathering reminds us that food is more than nourishment. It's connection, conversation, community, and a chance to slow down and appreciate the simple things. 
Thank you to everyone who joined us, shared a meal, and added your energy to the experience. Your support means everything.

Opened a trench in the bed this morning, added broken-down food scraps, covered it with dry lemongrass and soil.
Building living beds.
Slowly turning waste into fertility.
