​Ladies of Latin is designed exclusively for women who want to learn Latin dance, move with confidence, and feel incredible doing it. NO partner needed.

Whether you’re completely new or already love to dance, this course blends fun, fitness, and real Latin technique in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Solo-based – just turn up and dance
Pay weekly with no commitment
16+ and all levels welcome

And it doesn’t stop when the music ends…

After each session, our on-site coffee shop stays open so you can relax, chat, and connect with the other ladies—because this is as much about community as it is about dancing.

In the ballroom & Latin world, I feel we have drifted into a mindset where competition results are treated as the ultimate measure of worth, as if they are the only proof of skill, knowledge, or artistry.

Let’s me be clear…Top competitors are extraordinary. They are both athletes AND artists. They push boundaries in ways that deserve respect.

That being said, what we see is subjective. It’s interpretation, connection, expression are all unique.
The uncomfortable truth for many in this industry is results don’t always tell the full story!

We all may know couples who have climbed the rankings not purely through ability, but through the right affiliations, the right exposure… or simply the right budget.

But there are the dancers who have chosen a different path.Thosw ones who don’t chase competitions but instead pour themselves into teaching, into shows, building Academies, creating experiences, into transforming complete beginners into confident dancers.

Yet somehow, there’s a narrative that they are “less than”… less capable, less knowledgeable, less credible. That mindset is broken.

Some of the most knowledgeable, skilled, and impactful dancers you’ll ever meet aren’t the ones holding trophies but the ones changing lives in studios every single day.

Respect shouldn’t be conditional on a title in my opinion.

Respect the craft. Respect the journey. Respect the individual and what it brings to you.

Because dance is bigger than a judging panel of 6.

LADIES OF LATIN WITH JC

Class for solo dancers wanting to learn Latin American dancing whilst also exercising. This class will be for all levels and ages.

Proposing a 10am class on a Saturday morming with the Coffee Shop open after to chill and connect with other class atendees.

With Strictly Season approaching there is no better time to try something new or dust of your latin shoes.

Some people don’t just teach you steps. They shape the way you move, think, and feel forever.

was that person for me. From the very beginning of my dance journey, she didn’t just teach technique, she built the foundations, the discipline, and most importantly, the passion that has stayed with me ever since.

Although, for many a personal reason, my path in dance took a different direction, so much of how I approach movement today still traces back to her. There’s a quality and ease in her dancing that always stood out, effortless, grounded, and deeply expressive and that has influenced me more than I probably even realised at the time.

I owe so much to her, not just professionally, but personally too.

Truly one of a kind.
