If you would like to join Collavoce we are always interested in hearing from keen, self motivated singers. SATB accompanied and acapella (full choir plus ensembles and solos)

The choir is run by professional musician Catherine Field-Leather (pianist/organist/choral director singing/piano teacher and coach. The choir meets on Wednesday evenings, 7:30pm-9pm, Green Hammerton Village Hall

Rehearsals are in full swing preparing for our next concert Midsummer Musicals. This event is in support of
Candlelighters, a Yorkshire based charity supporting children with cancer and their families, celebrating 5️⃣0️⃣ AMAZING YEARS. We hope you will join us so that we can raise as much money as possible. Ticket price includes a glass of summer punch🥃, there wil be a⭐Golden Hamper⭐being raffled and, of course, spectacular singing! 🎶

From a municipality in the district of Wolfenbüttel, in Lower Saxony, Germany, comes The Baddeckenstedt Mixed Choir, which joins Vale of York based choir The Collavoce Collective for two summer concerts. Under respective Musical Directors André Hammerschmied, and Catherine Field-Leather, the choirs will perform an eclectic programme in a mix of English and German.

Programme will include, Super Trouper, Wade in the water, My Heart Will Go On, Fields of Gold, Das Rendezvous, Hallelujah, May it be, Weit Weit Weg and many more
