Life Drawing in York PAY AS YOU GO
Relaxed and fun, the classes cost £15. All the materials included! Life-drawing sessions at Heworth Community Centre.

The sessions are based on tuition and they are structured in two parts, both utilising a life-drawing model. During the first half, there are three short exercises with tuition and samples projected on a screen. LIFE DRAWING TONIGHT!

This month, we are focusing on tones. We will have a lesson building up on 4 tones on toned paper and, the week after, a 2-hour session to apply all that we learn 😉

This project aims to transform a chapel no longer in use into a vibrant Art Studio, including a free community art library!

To raise funds for this building project, I am holding a draw with FIVE exciting prizes:

1st Prize: Free weekly art lessons in Painting, Drawing, or Life Drawing for a year. All materials included, plus complimentary teas and coffees!

2nd Prize: An original painting!

3rdPrize: A custom portrait of your chosen subject!

4th Prize: A golden ticket! One of ten places for an exclusive preview at the new premises: a VIP workshop at the newly opened studio featuring an amazing model. All materials included, plus a great lunch and a little concert at the end!

LIFE DRAWING TONIGHT!

Dear all,

This week in life drawing we will keep building on. We will start the sketch with a soft colour, and add corrections at the end. But to make everyone's life more miserable this week we will add fabric and composition!!

Don't worry, this is all a slow (and painful) build-up towards a 2 hours pose in which we will put all this learning into one big, amazing drawing 😉
