Hi , Iโ€™m Anna โœจ

I began my Pilates journey 15 years ago and spent several years teaching before taking a breakโ€ฆ and now Iโ€™m back, stronger, wiser, and more inspired than ever.

Iโ€™m also a yoga teacher, rooted in Ashtanga-based Vinyasa flow, which I studied in Indiaโ€”where yoga was born. My practice is about more than movementโ€”itโ€™s about reconnecting, finding balance, and building strength from the inside out through breath and intention. ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ

Who's ready for *2026* ?! To kick off the New Year, we have two flips workshops on Saturday 10th and 24th January at Pole Position Fitness.

*Sat 10th Jan - Flips for Scaredy Cats (1.5 hours)*

Covering a variety of flip combos that will have something for anyone new to flips (even if you're a scaredy cat ๐Ÿ™€)

Level: Low Intermediate
Pre-reqs: Outside and Inside Leg Hang (doesn't require an inverted entry)

*Sat 24th Jan - Flips for Brave Souls (1.5 hours)*

Covering trickier flip combos including and for the brave souls ๐Ÿ‘ป

Level: Intermediate - Advanced
Pre-reqs: Invert from the floor, working on or towards an Extended Butterfly. Also recommended to take the Flips for Scaredy Cats workshop first if you are completely new to flips.

Cost for one workshop: ยฃ20
Cost for both: ยฃ35

Booking via Groovio, there is a special workshop package for those booking both workshops to receive the discount.
