It was a pleasure to have Shed Seven in the studio recently. It’s the 30th anniversary of their debut album ‘Change Giver’ They came into the studio to re-record the entire album, titled ‘Changed Giver’ in an uplugged/striped back style. You should also go and checkout their lastest studio album ‘A Matter of Time’. They’re in the running for a number one album.

2024 marks the 30th anniversary of our debut album 'Change Giver'! Our vintage Neve desk is now back together, and now fully loaded with channels. The new racks are being loaded back up with outboard, but there’s still a few gaps left to fill. We still have an API 2500, an SPL Vitalizer MK 2 and a Drawmer 1978 to go in next week. We hope to be back open by mid September. Thanks to Chunky Studio Furniture for the new racks and shelving.

The latest single from Mae Armstrong Hardy recorded and produced here by Dan Mizen. The track was originally bought into the studio as an acoustic song but we felt it deserved a little more. Thanks to Steve Mosby for the electric guitar work.

So we have been quiet for a while, but we are happy to say we are coming to the end of a full studio re-fit and complete rebuild of our now fully populated Neve 51 series console. We are now taking bookings from August onwards!

Our vintage Neve console has been particularly hungry recently. After eating quite a lot, it would appear that she is now full....
