I have had confirmation that our pole venue will re open again from next year. I am on maternity leave at the moment but look forward to starting smaller distanced classes again as soon as the venue re opens next year

Exercise is recommended to improve mental health, however over the years I have come to realise that pole is so much more than just exercise. I have seen many strong friendships develop at our classes. I have witnessed our girls picking each other up, supporting each other through tough times and laughing & celebrating through the good times together. I have seen busy parents struggling to take an hour a week for themselves to attend our classes, nervous women with body confidence issues who have plucked up the courage to wear shorts or to attend a class on their own as they couldn't find a friend to drag along with them. For me pole is about belonging, support, fun and friendship. Mental health is just as important as physical health.

🖤Course price is £60. Each of the 6 lessons are one hour long.

🖤Suitable for complete beginners with no experience in pole dance. Our classes are for everyone age 18+ regardless size, shape or fitness level.

🖤Over the six weeks you will have fun whilst gaining strength, tone up and your overall fitness and confidence will improve.

🖤Learn to climb, spin and flow around the pole in our atmospheric fairy light lit studio. Our experienced instructors break everything down step by step.

🖤 Don't have a friend to come along with. Don't worry. Did you know most new starters come along alone? We have seen so many new friendships blossom at our pole classes.

🖤Mondays 6.15pm near Monks Cross. Plenty of free parking available on site
