Hold the phone! ☎️ Ian Rawling’s ‘Red Rotary Telephone’ is currently turning heads in the gallery and the question we are most often asked? ‘Is it a photograph?’ We are of course delighted to report that no, this is an original pastel, created by an artist at the height of his powers.

Join us next Friday for one of our most anticipated show of the year, featuring an exclusive new collection of original paintings by Yorkshire’s finest - contemporary landscape artist Clare Haley.

Clare’s 11th annual solo show will feature an astonishing new collection of original paintings, revealing the wild, changeable northern landscape as only she can.

With surprises along the way and the exclusive release of Clare’s second ever signed, limited edition print, the show is not one to miss!

📩📬 Preview catalogues will be available closer to the opening, so DM us if you would like to receive one.

The show will open on the first floor of the gallery and be available to view seven days a week from 10am-5pm, though an early visit is recommended to avoid disappointment.

Your Monday is about to get brighter, courtesy of Yorkshire artist Clare Haley. ✨

We are delighted to give you a sneak peek of three of the paintings from her upcoming solo exhibition, ‘Clare Haley: Light of Yorkshire’, which opens NEXT FRIDAY, 31 July. 🙌🏽 Step into the beckoning wilds of ‘Holding the Light’, ‘Way of the North’ and ‘Drift Away’.

But the excitement doesn’t stop there. We are also happy to announce that Clare will be releasing ‘Way of the North’ as a signed limited edition print for this year’s show. Now available for pre-order, Clare’s second ever published print is priced at £145 and limited to just 50 prints.

🌿 Want to see more? DM us to register for the full preview catalogue and first pick of the collection. Preview catalogues will be released early next week, with all paintings available to purchase upon receipt of the catalogue. And Clare’s collectors will well know—you’ve got to act fast!
