Having great fun with my electric carder from Classic carders.
blending up some hand dyed fibres. indigo (blue) on various fibres including silk noil, weld (yellow) on wool, various breeds, food colouring (red and blue) on wool various breeds, and walnut on wool various breeds.
Looking forward to spinning these. final project as yet undetermined. Some of the fibres are a little coarse so weaving for a waistcoat a possibility.
Must take a video of the carder in action. so cool,

Great to be mentioned like this by. Cumbrian Wool Gathering thank you

These art yarns were on display at Cumbrian Wool Gathering, with their creators Inspired to Spin right there demonstrating their spinning skills 💚🧶

It was very popular and caused a bit of a traffic jam sometimes - we need to give them a bit more space next year!
