It’s with heavy hearts that we announce that we are going to have to postpone our party this Saturday.

This is not something we were ever hoping to have to do and want to send heartfelt apologies to the Lift Your Feet family who bought tickets, our guest DJ who we were really excited to have joining us, and where we were so looking forward to playing!

We will be rescheduling for a date in the Autumn and will announce information about this as soon as we can.

Tickets will be valid for the new date or can be refunded via RA.

Lift Your Feet will be taking a break over the summer - we hope you all have a magical time and can’t wait to see you back on the dancefloor soon 🩷

He’s back! 👋

We couldn’t have picked a better DJ for our 3rd birthday party in Leeds - someone who has been with us throughout our growth over the years…

He played our 1st year, he played our 2nd year…he might as well play our 3rd 👍

We can’t wait for him to spin his usual eclectic range of music…and a first outing on the wicked sound-system!

Counting down until this Saturday with a lovely update…

The amazing team at are hosting ’s very own, , before our party, alongside some special guests 🫡

This is the perfect way to soak up the LYF vibes before heading down to our 3rd birthday dance - our venue for the party, York Railway Institute, is only a 10 minute walk away!

Heck, we may even bob down for one if we get our usual set-up done quickly 🪩

All looking good for Saturday 6th June - our final York party before the summer break!

Here’s some exciting updates:

- Early birds have sold out, we are onto general admissions
- We’ve now added a discounted student tier, in celebration of the near-end semester (student ID required when we check your ticket at the ticket desk on the evening) 🫡

LEEDS FOLK - listen up 👋

We know many have been curious to try our York parties, but avoided thus far due to no trains running past 23:00 to get you home

Well, we announce our party bus! 🚌

This will be returning revellers back to Leeds bus station when the party finishes - we’ve added the bus ticket option to our event page (a ticket to the party will also need to be purchased)

“Every time I read up on the history of jazz dance...most DJs mention this tune as a favourite. Classic structure of a jazz dance tune - jazzy backdrop, with a jazz vocal. Quintessential!”
