🌟 Vote for Arthur for Leeds Children's Mayor 2026! 🌟
You may remember that earlier this year the Chair of Horsforth Town Council, Cllr Simon Dowling, and Cllr Emmie Bromley visited Broadgate Primary School to talk to pupils about democracy, local government and how young people can make a difference in their communities.
We're absolutely thrilled to hear that Arthur from Broadgate Primary School has made the final shortlist for Leeds Children's Mayor 2026! 🎉
Arthur's manifesto focuses on Wish Number 8 – tackling child poverty, ensuring every child in Leeds has the same opportunities, feels valued and has their voice heard. It's an inspiring campaign centred on kindness, inclusion and making Leeds an even better place for children.
It would be fantastic to see the children of Horsforth get behind Arthur and help make history by electing a Horsforth pupil as Leeds Children's Mayor 2026! 💙💛
