It's an exciting evening in the Wharfedale area tonight as we come together at the beautiful Yeadon Town Hall Theatre to celebrate all the amazing local theatre productions from the last 12 months. Last year the Wharfedale Festival of Theatre had a make over and it was the best year yet, and we're sure this year will be set to top it again.

✨ Our Frozen Cast Has Arrived! ❄️

We are beyond excited to announce the cast for our 2027 production of Disney's Frozen! After receiving almost 200 applications and seeing an incredible amount of talent across video auditions and two unforgettable audition days, our production team faced some incredibly difficult decisions.

To every single person who auditioned - thank you. Your talent, enthusiasm and passion made this one of the hardest casting processes we've ever undertaken.

A huge congratulations to our amazing cast! We can't wait to begin this magical journey with you and bring Arendelle to life on stage.

As you'll see, we're still looking to fill a small number of principal roles. We are taking expressions of interest for the following:

What an incredible two audition days. We are completely overwhelmed by the talent, energy and passion we've seen. You made an already impossible job even harder!

Over the next few days, our production team will be working hard to finalise casting and get in touch with everyone. We know you're eager to hear, so thank you in advance for your patience while we carefully consider every decision.

A huge thank you also goes to our wonderful production team, who have poured so much time, energy and care into these audition days.

Who knew Frozen auditions would take place during a heatwave? ☀️❄️ Thankfully, the talent was even hotter!

Despite the heat, we were absolutely blown away by the incredible talent on display yesterday. A huge thank you to everyone who auditioned, and to our fantastic production team for leading such a brilliant day.

If yesterday was anything to go by, this production is shaping up to be something really special. We can't wait to continue the audition process on 12th July!

On Sunday, everyone who completed an Expression of Interest form or submitted a video audition for one of the principal roles was contacted with information about their next steps.

Please make sure you have:

✔ Replied to confirm your attendance where required for your assigned recall and/or Ensemble Workshop
