A unique workshop : Adventures in Handprinted Lampshades 💫 This two day weekend workshop is an exciting opportunity to explore textile design, block printing, carving lino, colour harmony, bespoke lampshade design and lampshade making - all in one workshop!

Over the two days, experienced tutors Albert Harvey and Aimée Payton will demonstrate their area of expertise. Albert will teach not only how to block print from start to finish, but also how to design a totally unique pattern and print it on a specific curved shape of linen. With Aimée, participants will learn how to design with light, delving into the ins and out of lampshade making, both the practice and the theory.

By the end of the weekend, a completely unique and personal linen lampshade, in a beautiful French empire shape will be ready to take home. Join Albert and Aimée on this workshop to enliven your home lighting, and learn these fabulous interior design skills.
