Simply Dance All Ballroom and Latin dances - plus Modern Jive, and Argentine Tango; at all levels, from beginner/social through to teacher training.

Group classes and private lessons held at Spooner Row, near Wymondham. Sandra is the Principal of Simply Dance – she started teaching in 1980, when she first qualified, and has run her own school since 1987. When she moved to Norfolk in 1994 she opened a new dance school, which is now open 7 days a week, offering classes and lessons to all levels of dancer. Her goal is to get everyone to try danci

Sandra trains students for professional dance teacher qualifications, and they are always welcome to attend classes to gain experience – so you will sometimes find “teachers in training” alongside Sandra at classes to assist you! Another chance to learn to dance!
Classes near Loddon in both Ballroom & Latin (for the first time in this location!) for complete beginners, and Modern Jive, whether you are a beginner or can already dance a little.

NEW BEGINNER DANCE CLASSES
It's that time again!

Sorry to mention the "Christmas" word so early, but starting classes in September means that you will be able to get up and dance by the time the festive season arrives, in at least 4 dances - if not 6!

You don't need a partner; the classes are relaxed and fun, and there is always plenty of revision, in case you can't make every week.

It's great exercise, for body and brain, and because you cannot think about anything except where your feet are going, it's a great opportunity to get a break from "life outside" - just for an hour!

No need to book, but if you have any queries, please feel free to message me or ring me.

This Sunday (August 23rd) is our monthly Tea Dance, featuring Ballroom & Latin-American, Modern Jive and Argentine Tango - plus a bit of sequence.

Sequence class runs from 2.30 till 3pm (and costs £1) and the Tea Dance (with home-made cakes) begins at 3pm till 5.30.

Don't forget - if you have always fancied learning to dance - now is your chance!
Held at Spooner Row Village Hall, these classes are for absolute beginners, or anyone who would like to brush up or re-start.
Everyone welcome - and if you don't have a partner, we will try to find one for you.
Ballroom & Latin classes are for one hour and cost £8.00 per person;
Modern Jive classes are 45 minutes and cost £6.00 per person.

Brand new beginners classes for a new start in the New Year!
If you want to learn (or brush up) your Ballroom and Latin-American, then come along to the 6.45 class.
If you would like to try the Modern Jive (Le-Roc) then please come at 7.45.
Ballroom and Latin classes are £8.00 per person.
Modern Jive classes last 45 minutes and cost £6.00 per person.

No need to book, and if you don't have a partner, we will try to find you one!

It's that time again....
The Christmas Party is booked for Tuesday 16th December at 7.30 at Spooner Row Village Hall.
Everyone welcome - posh frocks please (DJs or equivalent if possible for men, nice dresses for ladies) to make the night special.
There will be cakes in the break, but please bring your own drinks and nibbles.
There will be a Tea Dance on 28th December, and the school will reopen on 4th January.
I will be posting later about the
Brand New Beginners Ballroom and Latin class
and
Beginners Modern Jive,
both of which will start in the New Year!

Our next Tea Dance is this coming Sunday, and offers the usual mixture of Ballroom and Latin, Argentine Tango, Modern Jive...with a tiny bit of Sequence thrown in!
Sequence class (£1 pp) at 2.30 and dance starts at 3pm.
There will be the opportunity to buy tickets and reserve your places for the December 28th Tea Dance, which will run if enough people want it - if it doesn't run, your money will be refunded (of course!).
Hope you can come along!
