How many diets have you tried so far this year? How have they worked for you? I guess they haven't worked because you're still here looking? You'll look and try every diet out there...but will stay fat...unless you become accountable to someone. When you are ready to be accountable to a coach who can teach you how to lose weight (like I lost 11 stone) and keep it off, get in touch...it's never too late. You are NOT meant to be fat There IS something out there that will work for you too. But you must make the first move and choose.

Weight loss is a learning process. Would you rather learn from someone who has never had to lose weight in their lives? Or from someone who has lost 9 stone and kept it off for 10 years? Not just anyone can do this. Not everyone really wants to lose weight. Some are afraid of getting slim because it is a scary thought to live in that life where food doesn't matter any more...where you will never have to restrict yourself of food again...maybe you think you are happy as you are? I thought that, but being thin is a different experience altogether. Question is...do you really want to lose 1 to 4 pounds every week until you are thin? Or would you rather stay fat and struggling with what you can and can't have, showing everyone you are happy on the outside when you are really torn apart on the inside feeling fat, frumpy, failure, nothing will every work for you? This is different, You need some courage to begin this. But if you really want to do the same things over and over, that's the way you fail over and over...getting the same results over and over. Diet, lose weight, stop, get fatter. Dieting! We’ve all been there…well most of us anyway. Yet, it’s a known fact that diets fail 95% of the time. Yet, we still do them.
The weight loss industry is worth around 70 BILLION! Even though they don’t work, we keep throwing our money at them!
Also, 35% of those dieters become addicted to dieting. SO that accounts for one third of us.
And the first question of the day is…do we diet because we want to lose weight, or, are we a part of that one third who are addicted?
One thing that is certain is that ALL diets try to change you from the outside. They tell you what to do and have throughout your day. So much so that they are actually exhausting!
They are regimented in their formulas, but all try to change you from the outside-inward.
The dieting world is run by people who think they know best for you. How you should do things to lose weight. But the truth of the matter is, the majority of them have never had to lose weight. They have never tried diet after diet and continually putting more weight on and getting fatter. That majority don’t have a clue what it’s actually like to want to lose weight.
Your outside world tries to control you from every corner. What you eat, drink, do. Where and when you go somewhere. Your family, friends, peers and society. They all try to be helpful and tell you what you should and shouldn’t do, be, have and go.
Yet, you are not living THEIR life. You are living your life.
Then, your own fight or flight syndrome comes into action. The instinctual part of you that gives you two choices. You either try and justify why you want to do something, or you go into yourself and avoid your outside world that wants you to be the way they want you to be.
Some of us are happy when others are controlling them. The ability of choice and having to choose doesn’t have to be a part of your world. And yes, there are lots of people like that in the world. Willing to follow and just go along for a peaceful life rather than find their own path. Then most will get to their death-bed and wish they are made their own choices and done stuff differently.
So. if dieting from the outside-inward produces 95% failure what would happen if we turned it all upside-down?
If we dieted from the inside-out instead of the outside-in, would that produce 95% success?
Could we also suggest that the 97% of dieters that regain everything they lose and more within 3 years could actually turn into 97% of people keeping their weight off?
That would be something…what do you think?
How about, 1 -5% of dieters actually keeping their weight off successfully to 1 – 5% of putting their weight back on and more…leaving 95-99% of weight losers successful for life!
I wondered whether this would work. I had been fat all my life. Trying diet after diet and getting fatter! I wondered if I would finally discover the diet that actually worked…but never did. I was fed up of trying. It was too exhausting to even think about dieting.
So I put my thoughts into practice. I started doing things from the inside-outward rather than the outside-inward.
Guess what happened?
Over about 14 months, I lost 9 stone. That was 10 years ago and I have not put any of it back on!
I am living proof that turning from doing things from the outside-in and practicing inside-out actually works.
But, it is actually common sense in that it will work…every time. You are choosing to do this for yourself instead of letting someone else make their demands on your life.
Does anyone out there want to give it a go?

To win at anything in life, it’s imperative to be accountable to someone. You require someone by your side who you answer to.
Yes, you can do it all alone…but who will be there to push you to carry on when all is failing?
It is also essential that they are NOT attached to you in any way. That way, they will be honest with you and your successes AND failure and learnings. They will question you like no-one else will.
It takes a specific kind of person to take on a coach. One that really wants results. One that is willing to fall and get up several times before they get it right.
An upside-down coach will push you towards failing over and over as it is only through your failures that you will truly find your successes.
Most coaches will strive to push you towards your successes. Most will make you feel terrible for failing and will push you accordingly.
The upside-down coach will teach you to love your failures. They will show you how to learn form those failures. Because those failures make you a stronger person.
With an upside-down coach, your failures become the centre of your attention. Each failure is supported to bolster you on to the next one…not try and steer you away from them and feel terrible about them.
Life is about having fun. Your failures provide you with your fun. Trying things that you wouldn’t normally try because you may not get it right is all part of the fun of learning how not to do it next time.
You may fail 10,000 times before getting it right but, each of those failures actually taught you how NOT to do it. They taught you where you are going wrong and maybe even supply you with ways to do it right…or at least different ways next time.
Upside-down coaching can be completed in many ways:
1. One-to-one – in person at a specified time and place. UK only.
2. Telephone – at a specified time and place. World-wide
3. Skype - at a specified time. World-wide
4. Email – Anytime, anywhere. World-wide
Fees are rated accordingly. Obviously One-to-one is the most expensive and time consuming as I come to you. UK only. By telephone is a little less expensive and you can do this even in your lunch hour. Skype is basically a combination of the first two. Email is the cheapest way to get upside-down coaching. Priced per email, you can have as many as you want. And you will get answers to every email you have paid for.
One-to-one, telephone and Skype sessions can include NLP and hypnosis sessions at an extra charge.
What can you do with an upside-down coach?
You can do pretty much anything that you want to change on your life:
New job, lose weight, stop smoking, fears and phobias, More confidence, more time, new partner, anger management, less shy, etc, etc.
Whatever you want to change.
The average time spent with a coach for best results is 10 weeks. Although you can have less sessions or more. It is entirely up to you.
