My mum’s balloons always deserve a grid post of their own… and you can see why 🤍🎈

Since starting back in 2019 she’s come on SO much, and I genuinely couldn’t be prouder of her.

What you see in the finished setup is only a tiny part of what goes into it. The sourcing, the planning, finding the right colours, pieces and little details… so much of that happens behind the scenes and nobody ever really sees it.

I’ve watched her build this from the ground up and put so much time, effort and love into it over the years, so I’ll always be proud to show off what she creates 🥹🤍

With that being said, I think this may be one of her last full setups as she’s starting to concentrate more on balloons that people can order and collect from her.

One last one for Romey’s setup 🤍

There’s actually quite a bit that goes on behind the scenes with all the little personalised details you see on my setups.

The process usually starts around a week before the booking. I message Sumer and Kirsty with exactly what I’m looking for they send proofs over for me to check and approve and then it all starts coming together.

Kirsty kindly drops the stickers off as she passes mine on her way home and I collect the vinyls from Sumer in Ellesmere Port each week on my way home from work.

So although they might look like small details, there’s actually a fair bit that goes into getting them ready 🤍

I love supporting local businesses and both of these always get my ideas spot on!
