Afterschool clubs are back this week. The kids all laughed as they told me how much chocolate they had eaten. I laughed as I made them do push ups, burpees, sit ups, running, squats and more 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣🐝🐝🐝.

This half term at Bee-fit we will be blasting off to the moon. Come and join Bee-fit Tina this morning at Worthing Leisure Centre 9.15am and 10am. We will be climbing into our spaceships, counting down to take off, moon walking, jumping over craters, catching stars (bubbles), singing songs, seeing shooting stars and much more.
