This was a very beautiful balloon centrepiece requested by a lovely lady on the other side of the world who happens to have family close by.

It has a wonderful message attached at the base which I hand wrote but won’t show to respect privacy.

Ooh I’ve been a been quiet since I got back from holiday but little one has been ill with stomach ache.

I have however got photos to post over the coming hours!! A fabulous funeral arrangement and a will you be my maid of honour?

I don’t think I’ve ever officially introduced myself so here goes…

Hi I’m Colette affectionately known as Cogs and I started this after going on a small balloon course locally. I came back from said course buzzing about balloons and I haven’t stopped since 🤣.

I’ve got a hubby and an 11yr old son who’s about to go to “big school”. We’ve got 2 cats and 1 of them only has 3 legs 🤦‍♀️.

I like the sun, swimming outdoors (but only when it’s hot), food I like food a lot and suffer greatly with hanger! If I’m snappy my hubby just throws food at me it usually does the job. I could ramble on forever but there’s a little about me!

FUN FACT: Hubby HATES balloons and I knew this before I started 🤣🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

So not many of you will know but in a previous life furniture was my bag. Decoupage and restoring furniture. I was browsing marketplace as you do and I came across an amazing piece of furniture that’ll need a fair amount of love and time to restore…

So guess who’s got a project…. ME!!

It has been wood coloured, white, red and then sage!!
