Energus Energus is a unique conference and training venue situated on the edge of the picturesque Lake District in West Cumbria.

Since opening in 2009 ENERGUS has provided state of the art facilities to train in excess of 350 apprentices, hundreds of higher education and degree level students and many more educational events aimed at business. ENERGUS have also played host to high profile award ceremonies, business dinners, conferences and exhibitions and as well as supporting career conventions and educational events. For

Apprentice Team Building Week 2026💡

This week, the NDA apprentices took part in a Team Building Week that they designed themselves, tailoring the programme of activities to their own learning and development needs. By planning and taking responsibility for the week themselves, the apprentices were able to shape an experience that reflected their learning needs while developing valuable leadership, organisation and collaboration skills.🧠

The apprentices had the opportunity to partake in exciting activities to develop team building skills, communication and strengthen relationships with other apprentices.🗣️

Reflecting on the experience, apprentices shared positive feedback on the activities and highlighted the valuable skills and confidence they gained along the way. 👏

A fantastic week of learning, development and teamwork from everyone involved!
