There's just one more week to catch spring exhibition John Singer Sargent - An American in Worcestershire! 🌸

He was one of the most celebrated portrait painters of his time, and the exhibition explores his role within the Broadway colony of artists in Worcestershire.

The exhibition is open until Sunday 14 June inclusive. Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 4pm, Sunday 10am - 3pm (last entry one hour before closing).

A new spotlight exhibition opens at the Art Gallery and Museum this weekend! ✨ David Cox: The Art of Watercolour is on from Saturday 6 June to Sunday 1 November.

It celebrates Worcester’s collection of paintings by Cox, who is widely considered as one of Britain’s best watercolourists.

Did you know that Steward's Chemist Shop's home was 27 High Street in Worcester? ⚗️ In 1974, the whole shop was transported to the Art Gallery and Museum where you can see it today.

It's open on the first Friday of every month, so pop in this Friday 5 June to have a look around!

Delve into Secrets of the Sea family activities this week! 🦀

Family Trail | can you use your fin-tastic skills to find the sea creatures and plot the coordinates on your trail sheet? £1.

Bags of Fun | create a fantastic diving dolphin and more with activity bags! Head to the Activity Space to get making. £2.50.

Family activities are on until Sunday 31 May.

The Secrets of the Sea family trail and Bags of Fun kick off today! 🐙

This week's Bags of Fun are filled with fun activities to get going with throughout the holiday - including making your own fantastic diving dolphin! £2.50.

And can you use your fin-tastic skills to find the sea creatures and plot the coordinates as you follow the family trail? £1.

Both activities are on from Saturday 23 May to Sunday 31 May (excl. Monday), and are available from the Art Gallery and Museum shop.
